I probably am in the doghouse with my wonderful followers and friends. Once again I have failed to keep you up to date in a timely manner with my doggy doings. Well let's see .... October, hmmmm that was about 42 dog months ago....yikes. Really, really sorry.
For those of you who wanted to know my reunion was a blast!!!! I had the bestest-puggiest time seeing some of my friends and especially my foster mom and dad. They sure looked good and it was fun showing off my "two little monsters". Yes we were 3 Musketeers (snack size of course) I met all sorts of new pug friends, human friends, farm animal friends and even Elvis! After the reunion I got to get some new postcards for my refrigerator since my humans took a really long 5 day weekend! We drove all sorts of places, I met some more new relatives and went to the country and played with some big dogs and saw all sorts of things . Then my little humans and I got to play on the beach and in the ocean before the weather got too cold. Now we are really looking forward to doing that again real soon before they close the beaches to dogs for the summer season and after spending lots of time in New England this winter. Brrrrr..... I am not sure about all that snow we had, and that our grandmothers are still getting?!?!? The 3 of us are fascinated by it looking out the window, but it makes it really hard to pee since you can't smell the ground for that perfect spot , and that first storm dumped almost 3 times my height, what's a pug to do? So inside we stayed and played and oh boy with all the toys it really got confusing who's toy was who's.
Anyhow, Punxsutawney Phil told the monsters on their birthday this year that we would be outside playing in no time... and he was right.... we all played in the back yard the week before last and had a good time -almost 80 degrees in February, ok that was a bit extreme too.
So this week I am finally recovered from my first big teeth cleaning,as Feb. was national pet dental month. Making soft food from my very special stuff was an added "challenge" to my humans olfactory systems. Having only a few feet of intestines left from my early puppy days has numbed their noses somewhat but this was just insult to injury. As we say in the house now "Rinky Dinky Some one's Stinky" or "Rooty Tooty Some one's Pooty" and just wait for which ever of the now one year olds raises their hand and giggles. But can you believe they now point to me too?!?! Oh the indignation......
